Announced earlier this year, the City's Department of Building is beginning an Annual Door-to-Door Inspection Program, inspecting all residential properties in the City on a 5-year rotating basis (see the Press Release for the initial announcement). CHN Housing Partners launched their Delinquent Property Tax Assistance Program to address delinquent property taxes for individuals who have experienced a COVID-19 hardship after January 21, 2020. This pilot program is funded by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) via U.S. Department of the Treasury funds made available through the American Rescue Plan of 2021.
