The Office of the Mayor issued a press release today sharing the City’s continued focus on housing by beginning an Annual Door-to-Door Inspection Program. The Department of Building will inspect all residential properties in the City on a 5-year rotating basis in each of the 7 Council Districts per year. To begin the Program, the Department has identified a street, or section of small streets, in each Council District to inspect this Fall, 2021. In some Districts, these inspections have already begun. The Annual Door-to-Door Inspection Program will begin again in Spring 2022.
