Chipotle Grand Opening today, Tuesday 12/19!

This morning we celebrated the Grand Opening of Maple Heights’ new Chipotle Mexican Restaurant at 5501 Warrensville Center Road!  The location will employ over 40 people, and is currently hiring.  The restaurant drive through window will be available when using Chipotle’s new mobile ordering app, reducing wait time and is being introduced at new locations

The Jobs and Opportunities Fair a huge success!

Mayor Blackwell attends ribbon cutting for Connectworks Mobility Solution Program

Last week, Mayor Blackwell attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Connectworks Mobility Solution Program, a pilot micro transit program that connects people from public transportation stops on GCRTA to the front door of their workplace.    The program, operated by SHARE mobility, connects riders from the GCRTA Southgate Transit Center located here in Maple

Moody’s Investors Service increases City’s Issuer Rating to (Baaa3 stable)

Earlier this month, Moody’s Investors Service issued an updated Credit Opinion for the City of Maple Heights, increasing its issuer rating to (Baaa3 stable).  This new rating is significant, because Moody’s has increased the City’s rating by two levels from last year’s rating.    The Credit opinion states, ‘The stable outlook reflects the budgetary cushion
