CHN Housing Partners launched their Delinquent Property Tax Assistance Program to address delinquent property taxes for individuals who have experienced a COVID-19 hardship after January 21, 2020. This pilot program is funded by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) via U.S. Department of the Treasury funds made available through the American Rescue Plan of 2021. Cuyahoga County homeowners who qualify for the program can access up to $10,000 in grant assistance to pay for delinquent property taxes. Please be aware that funds are limited. Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.
