The foundation and concrete pad of the vestibule and the base of the elevator shaft have been poured. As the weather clears up, masons will begin laying the block walls for the elevator shaft. The project remains approximately on schedule, with minor delays due to the rain over the past few weeks.

U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown submitted a funding request of $3.95 million to upgrade the City's traffic signal system. The Dunham Road contractor’s asphalt work has been completed and TWO WAY TRAFFIC WILL BE RESTORED at the end of the work day today. The remaining pavement markings will be completed as weather permits. These markings will be placed under 2 way traffic conditions and motorists should expect delays as traffic is maintained through the
