U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown submitted a funding request of $3.95 million to upgrade the City’s traffic signal system. The funding request included removal of unwarranted signals, replacing of outdated signals and poles to allow for upgrades to signal timing. The funding request was submitted to the Senate Appropriates Subcommittee Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies.
