We welcome to the City’s Service Department, Valentyn Panchenko, who arrived last summer with his wife and two children from Ukraine. Through a sponsor, Valentyn settled in Maple Heights, ready to embrace the American experience, but he needed work. To assist with his need, Global Cleveland Board Member Mayor Annette M.
