In recognition of Women’s History Month, The City of Maple Heights celebrates our three women Department Directors: Tinita Tillman, Director of Finance, Jaimie Hasenohrl, Director of Human Services, and Letitia Linker, Director of Human Resources.
The 2025 Women’s History Month theme is “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations,” which recognizes women who have dedicated their lives to education, mentorship, and leadership. We cannot think of three better women who represent the values of education, mentorship, and leadership with the dedication these Directors have shown in these important roles here within the city. We asked each of them to share a quote which describes the positive impact women have had on their career/led them to have a leadership role within the city; and we have highlighted each of their quotes below. We are honored to have these leaders at the City of Maple Heights, and will continue to honor their achievements as they lead through example.
