Congratulations to Mayor Blackwell on her selection as a Girl Scouts of NorthEast Ohio (GSNEO) 2023 Women of Distinction Honoree! The Women of Distinction Award is designed to honor women who have made remarkable achievements as business, community, and civic leaders, and are dedicated to supporting opportunities for women and girls. After careful review of the many amazing nominations, Mayor Blackwell was chosen to be a part of the small and select group of ten (10) honorees.
