Beginning at 8:00 am Friday, April 2nd, MetroHealth will enable a self-scheduling link for anyone (patients and non-MH patients) 16 years old or above to schedule their COVID-19 Vaccination at 5398 Northfield Road in Maple Heights. There are 2 ways to sign up:

  1. Sign Up Online starting Friday, April 2nd at 8:00a: https://www.metrohealth.org/covid-19/covid-vaccine
  2. Sign Up by Phone: Call 216-778-6100 to learn more about registering. The second dose will be scheduled at the time of the first dose.

This vaccine clinic is located in a shopping center off of Northfield Road in the former Southgate USA shopping site. The entrance is identified with a MetroHealth banner above it. Park and use the left doors to enter the clinic. There is a quick check-in once you enter the building, and then you will be directed to the vaccination station. Please be sure to wear short sleeves or loose clothing so your arm is easy to get to for the shot.
