CITY OF MAPLE HEIGHTS ANNOUNCES THE 2024 LAWN MOWER EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Registration OPENS TOMORROW for the City of Maple Heights Lawn Mower Exchange Program!
Last Fall, The City of Maple Heights held such a successful Lawn Mower Exchange Program, that we are bringing it back for a second time, this year with TEN Battery Powered Mowers available in this year’s exchange!
Did you know that using an older gas mower 45 minutes a week for one year can pollute as much as a new car driven for 22,000 miles? Older gasoline lawn mowers can have a significant negative impact on air quality. To help in reducing air pollution, the City of Maple Heights is providing the opportunity for residents to once again register for a drawing, in which residents can exchange their operable gas powered lawn mower for a new, cordless, zero-emission electric lawn mower.

Registration dates MAY 3-19, 2024.
Drawing to be held on May 20th; 10 winners will be drawn.
May 22nd, lawn mower exchange at City Hall, 2PM.
