Earlier today, City officials celebrated the groundbreaking with Alron Homes for their first new single family home constructed within Maple Heights, to be located at 5165 Clement. Construction crews are beginning with the sanitary and waterline connections today, and plan to begin excavation for the building later this afternoon. We look forward to watching the construction proceed, which is expected to be completed in 4 months. We will share updates as we receive them, and look forward to seeing the brand new completed home!
