Today, Mayor Blackwell attended the swearing-in ceremony in Columbus for District 18 State Representative, Darnell T. Brewer. The new District 18 encompasses Maple Heights, Garfield Heights, and all or parts of Cleveland’s Wards 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6.
