Please bring your photo ID and proof of residency.  Please note that the Maple Heights Food Pantry serves Maple Heights residents only.  Maple Heights residents are able to come to the Food Pantry ONCE a month, or every 30 days.  Six days worth of food will be provided for each family member at each visit.

Need Help with utility bills?

Please bring photocopies of the following documents:

Proof of household’s total gross income, Birth Certificate, ID(drivers license or state ID), Supplemental medical insurance, Social security card, electric bill, gas bill, water and sewer bills (if applicable), lease agreement (if renter) and bring copies of all listed items for ALL members of your household.  A photocopier will be on site to make copies, if needed.
