The City of Maple Heights recently presented BNK Heating and Cooling, LLC with a grant in the amount of $25,000.00 which will be used for exterior enhancements at the property located at 16300 Broadway Avenue.  The grant funding is provided through a collaboration between the City of Maple Heights and the Cuyahoga County Department of Development through the Municipal Small Business Initiative.

BNK Heating and Cooling is moving from its current location at 4562 W. 130th Street in Cleveland to the old Post Office, located on Broadway within Maple Heights.  BNK Heating and Cooling is currently in the process of investing $2,000,000.00 in a full renovation of the old Post Office, updating it to their specifications.
